Place egg in saucepan. Cover egg with water. Bring to boil (use 5 or 6 on stove to prevent cracking). Meanwhile, place bread in toaster oven and toast for 6-8 minutes. Let egg boil 4-4 1/2 minutes. Remove egg and place in strainer. Run cold water over egg to cool enough to handle. When toast is done spread with 1 tablespoon Cascadian Farm Raspberry Fruit Spread.
