A cookie version of pancakes and syrup.
Preheat over to 375 degrees.
Beat butter in medium bowl with electric mixer. Add brown sugar, beat until fluffy. Add milk, egg, maple flavoring and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat well. Drop by rounded spoon onto parchment paper. Bake at 8-10 minutes or till done.
Cool on wire rack.
Iciing: Mix powder sugar,shortening and vanilla. Stir in enough milk to make drizzling consistency.
Drizzle cooled cookies.
