Suggest a better descriptionHeat butter and vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat.
Mix flour with salt and white pepper.
Cover the fish fillets in the flour mixture (shake the fillets to remove excess flour) and fry for 1/2 minute on each side.
Put aside on a plate.
In same pan, prepare the sauce: on medium heat simmer the lemon juice and chicken broth until reduced to 1/2 the volume. remove from heat and add the butter cubes, salt and pepper and stir until dissolved.
Return the fish fillets to the pan and shake to cover with the sauce.
Serve with baked or boiled potatoes.
