Suggest a better descriptionIn a large Sauce pan, Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add green and red Peppers and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
Add the Salchichon and the rest of the ingredients and let it all saute/cook for a few minutes.
Add water and bring to a boil. Once potatoes are cooked, add the Noodles (Fideos) and continue cooking until noodles are cooked al dente.
Can also be served with white rice
