Suggest a better descriptionDrain clams and combine with vegetables in pan. Add just enough water to barely begin to cover the clams and veggies. Simmer over medium heat until just beginning to get tender. Remove from heat.
In a stock pot, melt butter and blend in flour. Stir for 2-3 minutes then slowly add in half and half and milk. Continue stirring with a whisk until it begins to thicken; about 5 minutes.
Add in UNDRAINED veggies and clam mixture and heat through. Add salt and vinegar.
Serves 6-8
Best served the next day!
