Suggest a better descriptionPut this initial starter mixture in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Take out of the refrigerator and add the same ingredients above.
Mix well and leave out 8-12 Hours. This does not rise but bubbles. After 8-12 hours, stir mixture well and take out 1 Cup to use to make Bread. Put the rest of the starter back in the refrigerator.
The Starter has to be fed every 3-5 days.
Keep mixture in a quart jar covered with foil that has holes punched into it.
