Suggest a better descriptionTo make starter: Dissolve yeast in warm water, Stir in flour and sugar. Beat until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap, let stand overnight at room temperature. Stir and refrigerate the next day. Feed the starter each week with ingredients listed "To feed starter." Wait 2-3 day after feeding the starter to use it.
To make bread. Mix warm water with yeast, sugar, and salt. Let stand 5 minutes. Add the flour and starter. Mix well. Let rise in warm place for 2 hours or until doubled. Pour into 2 small loaf pans. Let rise, bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
