Suggest a better description1. Clean octopus until water is clear.
2. Trim off tentacles and put them in a sous vide bag with some salt and olive oil.
3. Cook for 24 hours at 171 degrees
4. Empty bag, of liquid and pat dry the octopus
5. Sear octopus on the grill (high heat), brushing with the Garlic Butter.
