Peach Cobbler by Shannon Clark
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In large bowl combine peaches, and next six ingredients. Toss to coat the peaches evenly. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine next five ingredients with the butter, using finger tips or pastry blender, the mix should resemble course small pieces (approximate size of pea). Stir in water as needed until combined.
Remove peaches from oven, drop spoonfuls of topping over peaches. Mix last two ingredients sugar and cinnamon in small prep bowl and sprinkle over cobbler. Bake until topping is golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
(Note: You may serve cobbler with ice cream or whipped topping).
