Suggest a better description1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer, or heat about 3" of oil in a deep, heavy bottomed pot until a deep-fry thermometer reads 375 degrees.
2. Line a plate with paper towels.
3. Fry the chicken wings, in batches if needed, until cooked through and crisp, 8-10 minutes depending on the size of the wings.
4. Drain on paper towels.
5. Transfer the hot wings to a bowl and toss with the habanero sauce and season sauce to taste.
