1. In a small bowl, stir together lime juice and honey to dissolve. Toss with red onion. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, toss rotisserie chicken with pinto beans.
3. Stir olive oil into onions. Toss the chicken mixture with romaine and then marinated onions.
To make it even easier toss with a bagged salad mix.
