Suggest a better description1. Cut the pork into small pieces and put them in the pot. Add cold water till meat is covered and put it to boil. Add bay leaves and periodically remove the foam.
2. When foam will be completely gone add onions cut into small pieces.
3. When meat will be almost cooked add potatoes cut into cubes.
4. When potato will be boiled add crushed garlic. Then add tomato paste, salt and red pepper. Stir and add freshly cut coriander.
