Suggest a better descriptionSet pot of salted water to boil
Season and brown ground beef
Stir in garlic, onion, basil, thyme and oregano
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and sugar. Season with salt and pepper
Stir until paste has dissolved
Bring to boil then lower to simmer until pasta is done
Add pasta to boiling salt water
Cook to al dente
Remove pot from heat
Strain
Add back to pot and toss with olive oil
Add sauce and toss
Serve with parmesan and crushed red pepper
