Heat oil over medium.
Saute onion and and garlic.
Mix all ingredients in large pot.
Simmer 1-2 hours.
Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients except flour and form into balls.
Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Remove from fridge & coat balls lightly with flour.
Saute in 1-2 T oil over medium heat to brown lightly.
Add meatballs to sauce and simmer 30 minutes.
