Suggest a better description1. Microwave Spaghetti squash whole for 6 minutes per pound. Cut in half. Let cool.
2. Scoop out spaghetti squash and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. REALLY work it.
3. Separate out the strands of squash as much as you can.
4. Mix the egg, cheese and spices together.
5. Fold in the squash to combine completely.
6. Preheat oven with pan in oven to 400 degrees.
7. Cover with parchment paper or non-stick foil. Layer on the squash to a about 1/4 inch.
8. Bake for 20 minutes until edges become brown. Flip and bake another 10 minutes
9. Add sauce and toppings and cook till cheese is melted just how you like it.
10. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
