Meanwhile, in large stock pot, heat EVOO over medium heat. Lightly saute onion, until translucent. Add garlic & red pepper. Saute 1 minute until fragrant. Add anchovies and smash into oil with wooden spoon. Add capers, parsley, mussels & white wine. Cover quickly so steam cooks mussels. Shake the pot after 1 minute and again after 2 mins. Check mussels - if they are open and plump, they are cooked.
Divide pasta into bowls. Divide mussels between bowls. Pour sauce over mussels & pasta.
