Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven 350'. Fry onions. Fry potatoes, both in batches. Layer in 8" oven proof frying pan., should be about 3 " high. Cover with egg/ grated cheese mixture. Cook on top of stove till somewhat firm then transfer to oven for 20 minutes. Bring to room temp.
