Suggest a better descriptionCombine sugar, margarine, egg and Vanilla in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often till creamy.
Add flour, baking powder and soda, reduce speed to slow. Beat till well mixed.
Add Skor bits.
Shape into 1" balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork or bottom of a decorative glass.
Bake 9 - 11 minutes. Bake only till edges are browned.
