A quick and easy to make traditional style Spelt loaf which is tasty but not too heavy.
1. Place the water, honey & yeast in the container
2. Add half the flour, then the salt, then the remaining flour
3. Add the olive oil.
4. Put the machine on Rapid program
OR if making bread cakes
1. Use the dough program, take out ofthe machine after the second
mixing and place in a slightly heated oven.
2. When doubled in height, turn the oven up to`18O?C. 370F, gaS
mark 5, and bake for approximately 35 minutes
You can also use freast yeast rather than the dried packet variety.
