Suggest a better descriptionPreheat a stir fry pan on medium to medium-high heat. Add butter and olive oil, heat until bubbling. Add garlic and onions, stir fry for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Do not overcook. Spice to taste with Tabasco sauce.
Serve over rice, or add artichoke hearts and black olives to the spiced shrimp and toss with linguine.
