Suggest a better description1. Place the chicken, pepper, onions, raisins, mayonnaise, spices and seasoning in a bowl and mix well. 2. Cut a circle from the top of each bun and reserve. Fill with the chicken mixture and replace the bun top. 3. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with tomato and parsley. Alternatively serve with pitta bread. NOTES : A delicious picnic or party dish.
