Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven at 400. Spread oil over the bottom of a shallow baking dish; add salmon, turning to coat. In a small mixing bowl, combine thyme, orange peel, salt pepper, and garlic. Rub fish with mixture; cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
