Sweet and spicy grilled pineapple that only takes a few minutes and very few ingredients. This is a great dessert or side item.
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Place a slice of pineapple on the grill, and grill approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until the pineapple softens and has solid grill marks.
3. Place the grilled pineapple on a plate, and coat with a dash of crushed red pepper, and drizzle honey over the top.
4. Serve warm.
