Suggest a better description1) Bring water to a boil. Cook ramen. Set aside.
2) Mince garlic.
3) Dice green onion diagonally.
4) Add 1 tablespoon garlic chili oil and thinly coat the pan.
5) Add garlic and whites of the green onion. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
6) Add 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce.
7) Add ramen noodles and toss together. Add to bowl.
8) Add 1 tablespoon chili garlic oil and thinly coat the pan.
9) Add egg. Salt and pepper the egg. Flip. Add egg over noodles.
10) Garnish with chili oil. Serve.
