A little asian, a little spicy, a little seaweed, all comes together in this roll.
1) Thaw Tuna poke, and mix with mayo, sriracha and seasame oil sauce.
2) Cook 2 cups of sushi rice, add 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, transfer to a bowl, set aside and let cool.
3) Lay a sheet of nori flat on the cutting board. Add the rice to the nori sheet and flatten it out, leaving 1 inch border.
4) Lay your tuna pieces along the top of the rice. Sprinkle with salt. Lay out the thinly sliced avocado, then roll the nori sheet with rice up an over the tuna, tucking it in with your fingertips and rolling forward with even pressure until you reach the plain nori.
5) Use a sharp knife to cut your sushi roll into slices.
6) Serve with freshly grated ginger.
