Suggest a better description1. Mix beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Form into 12 small patties, then make a well in the center with your thumb.
2. Heat the butter and cook the patties on both sides until they're almost done in the middle. Remove patties from skillet.
3. Put diced onions in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in whiskey. Stir and let it bubble up and reduce by half, 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, then pour in bbq sauce. Put uh jalapeƱos and stir them around. Splash in a little juice for more heat and flavor.
4. Add patties back to skillet and use a large spoon to coat top of patties in sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and patties are totally done in middle. Remove patties and serve them on rolls, spooning extra sauce over top of patties.
