Oreo baking crumbs and melted butter.
Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat:
Cream cheese and sugar in a stand mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing until just blended.
Add pumpkin pie filling and cornstarch.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until centre is set.
Spread sour cream over top of warm cheesecake.
Let cool.
Microwave chocolate with oil until melted.
Put chocolate mixture in a sandwich bag, and snip a very small opening in the corner of bag.
Drizzle chocolate onto sour cream topping in a spiral pattern, starting from the centre.
Draw a toothpick outward from the centre to the edges.
Remove the sides of the pan and serve.
