Securely lock lid set cooker on high for 35 min.
Remove lid and drain chickpeas in colander. Cool chickpeas at room temp. By running cold water over them.
Set aside spinach 1/4 jar of artichoke hearts and 1/2 of jar marinade and pour the remaining liquid and artichokes into blender. Add chickpeas and all hummus ingredients to blender.
Blend low until smooth, but still thick. Add more of artichoke marinade until you reached texture. Stop blender and salt to taste.
Add remaining artichoke hearts and spinach and pulse the blender for only a few seconds until spinach is broken into pieces.
