A Greek salad with a spin
1. Put the 2 cups of spinach into a salad bowl.
2. Next cut the top off of the pepper and gut it. Then chop the pepper into small pieces and put on top of the spinach.
3. Sprinkle the bacon bits over everything.
4. Then take the feta cheese and sprinkle all 1/4 cup over the salad.
5. Pour the tablespoon of seasoned rice vinegar for the dressing.
6. For the finishing touches take the tomato and chop it into the salad.
