Cook & chop bacon
Wilt spinach in pan
Add bacon & spinach in large bowl with pasta
Melt 2T butter in pan. Whisk in flour. Add milk. Add spices & cheese stirring to melt. Add pumpkin puree
Pour sauce into bowl and mix with pasta bacon & spinach. Add to 9x13 pan. Toss panko with 1T melted butter in small bowl. Sprinkle on top of pan
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, uncovered, or until heated through. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
