Suggest a better description1) Prepare dough. After the first rise, divide into two balls and proceed
according to the recipe. Preheat oven to 500 degrees Farenheight;
liberally dust a baking sheet with cornmeal.
2) Combine chicken, spinach, cheeses, garlic, and seasonings in a
bowl.
3) To assemble, roll 1 ball of dough into an 8" by 15" rectangle. Place
three mounds of filling, 1/3 cup each, on the bottom half of the rec-
tangle, about 3" apart. Dab water around each mound, then fold
down top half of dough over them.
4) Press dough between the mounds with the side of your hand, then
cut using a 3-1/2" round cutter; seal edges with a fork. Repeat
with remaining dough and filling; reroll extra dough . . .
