Savory with bacon and vinegarette dressing

Tear spinach, and sprinkle with bacon, onion, mushrooms, and eggs.
Mix vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and pepper in a blender. in a slow stream, add oil and continue to blend in imersion blender. Pour dressing over salad right before serving.
