Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 400F
2. Heat a large pan and fry the bacon lardons for 3-4 minutes. Add the onion and garlic and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes. Roughly chop the spinach.
3. Add the beans, tomatoes, and some herbs and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in the spinach. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
4. Spread the mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
5. Garnish each dish with green onions and serve
