1. Snijd de spinazie fijn. Laat de artisjokharten uitlekken en snijd fijn. Rasp de cheddar. Snijd de bieslook zo fijn mogelijk.
2. Verhit een pan op laag vuur en laat de cheddar en roomkaas al roerend smelten. Voeg de spinazie, artisjok en bieslook toe en verwarm 3 minuten op laag vuur tot de spinazie is geslonken. Doe in een schaaltje en serveer direct.
Lekker om met een toastje in te dippen.
