Chicken and pasta dinner
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Brown chicken pieces in olive oil. Lightly salt and pepper each.
Add butter/margerine, garlic, saute about 30 seconds. Do not brown garlic.
Add parsley, wine and chicken broth. Cover chicken completely with water. Cover.
Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add more water or broth if necessary while cooking.
Serve the broth over the pasta and chicken on the side.
Old Italian family recipe....inexpensive (or used to be) dinner that can be streched for feed a large family.
