My family used to make these when I was young. I believe they were designed to be cooked in a campfire.
Wash vegetables and slice carrots.
Pre-cook potato in microwave (baked potato setting).
Cook carrots in a little water in pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut large squares of tin foil.
Flatten out ground beef into roughly a six inch circle.
Put vegetables on top of ground beef.
Put soup over vegetables and add a little water.
Pull up corners of tin foil and twist to seal.
Cook at 350 for about 30 minutes. More time will be required if you didn't pre-cook.
