If for 1kg steak you need abt 10 kidneys
but for less you can use 1/4steak n abt 3-4 kidneys
Cut both in a very small pieces
Was and put in a sieve
Remove in a plate once water comes out
Sprinkle white flour liberally(abt 3) tbs
Slice a medium onion
In pressure heat some oil(2-3)tbs
Add the onion
Fry till translucent
Now add the meat n kidney,stir
Add abt 1/2tsp salt,
1tsp or less crushed black pepper,stir
Add abt 1-1/2 glasses of water,stir,pressurize for abt 15 mins
Put the gas off
Let the steam come out than open the pressure,mix
Check if the meat is soft
Dry the water if too much,should be thick consistency,use making pies once cold
After sprinkling white flour mix well
If 1 kg you need to add big onion,more flour,salt and pepper
Once you open the pressure,add abt a tbs of Worcestershire sauce,and 1 tbs of HP sauce,increase if more meat
Mama Bahrain: Put in the steak first until almost done then put in the kidneys and cook at least twenty minutes until done, coz steak will take longer
Mama Bahrain: For seasoning you can use ginger, garlic, salt and black pepper and little citric salt.
