* In a resealable bag, combine steak and 3/4 cup marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning several times.
* While beef marinates, steam potatoes for about 8 minutes, making sure they are still firm enough to skewer
* Remove beef from bag, discarding used marinade.
* Skewer alternating steak with potatoes, onion, pepper
* Place skewers on grill about 4 inches from heat.
* Cook to desired doneness turning and brushing with remaining marinade.
* Serve with steak sauce
