PLACE STEAK ON RACK IN BROILER SO SURFACE OF MEAT IS 3-4 INCHES FROM HEAT. BROIL 12-17 MINUTES TO DESIRED DONENESS (RARE TO MEDIUM RARE), TURNING ONCE. BRUSH WITH REMAINING STEAK SAUCE.
