Meanwhile, place peas in a small saucepan, add 2 tbs water and simmer for 5 minutes. Sitr in min, then transfer to a food processor and hlend until just smooth. Cool lightly, then blend in mayonnaise. Season to taste.
Smear steak with mustard. Lightly coat a non-stick frypan with cooking spray and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, then thickly slice.
Place pea puree on a plate, top with steak and drizzle with venegar. Serve with tomatoes and potatoes.
