Suggest a better description1. Heat the oil in a large stock pot over medium-high heat. 2. Add the shallots and saute for one minute. 3. Add the wine and bring to a boil. 4. Add the mussels in thirds and cover. 5. Cook each batch of mussels, shaking the pot to redistribute the mussels, until they have opened, discarding any that have not. 6. Remove the mussels with a large slotted spoon to a large serving bowl. 7. Bring the liquid in the pot to a boil and reduce by half. 8.
