Melt butter in 9x13 pan, layer bread cubes - cheese/meat -bread cubes - cheese.
Beat eggs with dry mustard, salt, pepper, milk.
Pour over bread cubes, meat and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
