Steve's variation on traditional Chex party mix aka "Scramble."
Preheat oven to 250°F
In a saucepan on medium low heat, melt butter and add Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salts. Decrease/increase the amount of hot pepper sauce by a Tbsp (or two) for a milder/spicier mix. Stir to ensure salts are disolved and lower heat and simmer while you prepare the dry ingredients.
In a large roaster or pan (e.g. 14.5" x 11" x 2"), combine dry ingredients. Adjust quantities based upon personal preferences. Pour sauce over dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon trying not to crush cereals.
Bake at 250°F for two hours, stirring and turning every 15 minutes taking care not to crush cereals.
Store in plastic bags or Tupperware to preserve freshness. Line with paper towel to absorb any excess sauce.
