Mix first 6 ingredients in saucepan on stove. Spread in bottom of the pan.
Spoon sauce and spread, almost to edges. Add desired toppings and top with cheese.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Vent lid and cook for 10 more minutes.
Remove from pan, slice and enjoy!
