Cut each brownie into 12 equal pieces. In 4 clear glasses, place 6 brownie pieces in each.
Top each with a layer of whipped cream.
Add 3 tablespoons strawberries in sugar overtop each.
Add another 6 brownie pieces to each, followed by a second layer of whipped cream.
Drizzle each with 2 teaspoons fudge dessert topping, and garnish evenly with sliced, fresh strawberries.
Serve, refrigerate any leftovers.
I would substitute the frozen strawberries for fresh and use all fresh. You could double for a crowd and put in a large trifle dish.
