combine butter and chocolate in pot and melt over low heat, constantly stirring until just melted. DO NOT OVER HEAT
beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Allow chocolate to cool, then combine eggs and sugar with chocolate. beat well
fold in flour and salt, then fold in remaining chips for garnish
bake for about 25 mins or until done in the middle (toothpick comes out clean)
