Suggest a better descriptionSpread the cream cheese on the bottom of the pie shell, and chill.
Prep the strawberries, and then arrange in the pie. Be sure to leave spaces where the glaze can be filled in.
Place one cup of water, sugar, 1 1/2 cups strawberries, food coloring in a medium sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Boil 4 minutes.
Mash the berries while boiling. Meanwhile, combine the cornstarch and cold 1/4 cup , water.
Combine the cornstarch slurry with the berries and cook until the mixture thickens. Immediately, spoon the glaze onto the strawberries and into the crevices.
Chill and serve
