Spray dishes with oil,
Put ricotta, icing sugar, extract, cinnamon,and egg in bowl and mix,spoon into dishes, cover with foil, put in deep roasting tray, pour boiling water in until reaches halfway up, cook 20-25 mins,remove dishes, set aside transfer to fridge, combine 1 tsp icing sugar and strawberries then put a few on top ricotta.
