Delicious vegan pancakes.
For strawberry soft serve: 3 strawberries, 1 frozen banana, processed in food processor.
Pre heat oven at 250 degrees, grab baking sheet. ( To keep pancakes warm once done)
Directions: whisk dry ingredients in medium sized bowl. Then mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Once done mix both wet and dry ingredients together. Whisk until batter is smooth with no clumps. 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Slice about 20 strawberries to top pancakes. Finally drizzle maple syrup and soft serve over pancakes.
