Suggest a better description1. In a small bowl, mix butter, Rosemary and chopped garlic.
2. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat, coat steaks with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and season liberally with salt and pepper. Using a paper towel, rub the skillet with remaining olive oil. Add the steaks and cook, Turning once, about 8 min for med-rare.
3. Divide steaks among plates and top with 1 1/2 tablespoon of Rosemary garlic butter and sea salt.
